Brian Malouf is a multi-platinum American producer, engineer, and mixer who has worked with Michael Jackson, Queen, Madonna, Pearl Jam, Stevie Wonder and other world-known artists. Also serving as an executive at several major record labels over the years, his work has amassed a total of 53 gold, platinum, and double platinum records to date. Brian is a true veteran of the global music industry; he has enjoyed a 30+ year career on the production and executive side of the music business. In 1994-2005 he was Senior Vice President of A&R for RCA Records in New York, and later Vice President and Head of A&R at Walt Disney Records where he worked with artists such as Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, and The Jonas Brothers. Brian now owns Cookie Jar Recording in Sherman Oaks, California and runs his practice as an independent producer.

From the early 80’s to the mid 90’s he’s crossed many genres as an artist, working in recording studios at the same time as an engineer and sound designer: hardcore punk, new wave, Hip Hop and Trip Hop. Since ’95 he has been working as a producer for all Italian major labels and many important artists on records and live shows. He’s also been making soundtracks for movies and advertising, teaching, and working 3 times for X Factor as a producer with judges Claudia Mori, Skin from Skunk Anansie and Malika Ayane. This season Djooky has prepared a special round of prizes for Global finalists! All 18 songs in the Global Round will be combined to create a special playlist, which will be auctioned off as an NFT. The proceeds of the auction will be split among the bottom 15 entries.
The top 3 songs will each have their own NFT auction, but with a bonus artwork created by a digital artists.
This gives the finalists an opportunity to receive even a bigger prize than in the previous seasons, as well as provide a unique incentive opportunity for their fans.
